Model and Material thumbnails don't always show up in HDRP
When re-building the library, the preview thumbnails for models and materials mostly render as black.
Repro:
- start a project with the HDRP template
- exit Unity and delete the Library folder
- re-open the project
- navigate to ExampleAssets->Models or ExampleAssets->Materials and notice that the majority of them are black.
