Modal Window will be completely blank when calling EditorWindow.ShowModal from a GenericMenu callback
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Click Test/Open Main Window
3. Click on the three dots next to the maximize button in the opened window
4. Click Open Modal Window
Expected result: A modal with the text "This is a modal window" pops up
Actual result: A completely white modal pops up
Reproducible with: 2020.2.4f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b4
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f (no EditorWindow.ShowModal method)
Workaround: Delaying the ShowModal call by 1 frame fixes the issue
