[Mobile Monetization Template] Banner Ad not appearing when trying to load it on Android Device
How to reproduce:
1. Build and Run the Mobile Monetization Template project to Android device
2. Click "Load Banner Ad"
Expected result: Button creates square on the bottom of the screen
Actual result: Clicking the button does nothing
Reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a21 (No Template)
Tested on: Xiomi Poco F3
