[Mobile] Draw Mesh (instanced) is not showed in frame debbuger on mobile devices
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "DrawMeshinstancedTest.zip"
2. Build it to Mobile as a Developer build
3. Open Frame debugger and press "Enable"
4. Expand everything
5. Notice that there is no "Draw Mesh (instanced)" anywhere
Expected results: "Draw Mesh (instanced)" is shown in the frame debugger
Actual results: "Draw Mesh (instanced)" is not shown in the frame debugger
