Missing virtual modifier on ProcessTouchPress() in StandaloneInputModule
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "OverrideBug.zip" project
2. Inspect the Console
Expected results: There are no console errors
Actual results: A 'cannot override inherited member' error is shown because ProcessTouchPress() is not marked as virtual
Reproducible in: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1, 2019.1.10f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a9
