Missing 'Replace' dialog when dragging an asset to a new folder where a asset with same name exists
To reproduce:
1. Create a folder with any name
2. Create material "A" in that folder
3. Create material "A" outside that folder
4. Try to move one of the material to other's location, it won't be possible
