Minimized Visual Studio window is maximized after creating a new script in Project window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In Preferences set External Script Editor to Visual Studio
3. Create a new script in Project window
4. Open script in Visual Studio
5. Minimize Visual Studio
6. Create another script
Expected result: Visual studio is not maximized
Actual result: Visual studio is maximized
Reproducible with: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a13

Resolution Note:
The issue already existed in the bridge (VSTU). Microsoft should have fixed this in latest version of VS
