[Metal][URP] Visual artifacts are seen when base Camera's Clear Flag is "Solid Color" and Overlay Camera is added after start
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Observe the Game View
Expected result: There are no visual artifacts
Actual result: Visual artifacts are seen when the base Camera's Clear Flag is "Solid Color" and Overlay Camera is added after the start
Reproducible with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.12f1), 8.2.0, 9.0.0-preview.55 (2020.1.8f1), 9.0.0-preview.55, 10.0.0-preview.26 (2020.2.0b6)
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.28f1 (Universal Render Pipeline is not available)
Note: Not reproducible with OpenGLCore Graphics API

Resolution Note:
This seems to be a driver issue which has been fixed in BigSur (11.1). We have opened a bug with Apple for this issue. Also this issue only repros with Radeon Pro 5500M and we weren't able to repro with Vega cards.
