[Metal] Mesh gizmos in Shape module produces visual artifacts
How to reproduce:
# Import the attached package
# Open Sample Scene scene
# Select Particle System > Test GO in the Hierarchy
# Pan scene view camera around
Expected result: No visual artifacts when camera is panned around
Reproduced on macOS M1; Could not reproduce on Windows (DX11, Vulkan), macOS Intel

New repro *Without Shuriken*
- Create a simple builtin renderpipeline project
- Import package & Open Scene
- Select "GameObject", you will see a wire cube in Scene View
- Drag the view & Observe the artefact
