[Metal][iOS] Blur Camera Effect and Post Process Stack combined corrupts the view
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Make sure "Metal" graphics API is checked.
3. Build and run it for iOS.
4. Check the attached screenshots to see the actual/expected behavior.
