Mesh is distorted and shifted when project is built
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project ("case_1331513REPRO.zip")
2. Build and run the "Office_03B2" scene
3. Observe light switch mesh
Expected result: Mesh is distorted
Actual result: Mesh looks the same as in Play mode
Reproducible with: URP 10.5.0 (2020.3.7f1)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1 (URP not available), 2019.4.25f1 (serialization errors), URP 11, 12 (2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16)
