Mesh.CombineMeshes duplicates vertices
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and run the "test" scene
2. Click the button "Combine"
3. Click on the created mesh "CombineMesh_01" in Hierarchy
4. In Inspector double click on "Combined" and check vertices of combined mesh
Actual result: Mesh with 483 vertices after Combine becomes with 966 vertices
Reproduced with: 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p4
Not reproduced with: 2018.1.0b5
