Mesh disappears during animation when blend shape is linked to a vertex group which only contains a part of the vertices
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1377539repro.zip"
2. Select the "exampleWithoutVextexGroupB_Attached.fbx" file from the Project window
3. Play the animation at the bottom of the Inspector window
Expected result: The top of the cube changes size
Actual result: The cube disappears
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2

Resolution Note:
This may be an issue with the provided FBX asset as the fullWeights value is being read as 0.0 from the file. We do not plan to add additional validation for imported blend weights at this time.
