[MenuItem] Alt + Keycode shortcuts opens File menu instead of executing the defined shortcut
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Use shortcut Alt+H
3.(Expected) It should execute the script and print "hello!" in the console
4.(Actual) The file menu opens
