[MemoryLeak] setting ImageType to Tiled and Canvas Scaler property Reference Pixels per Unit to 1 causes memory leak.

Reproduction steps:
1)Open project "ImageTypeTiledMemoryLeak" I attached.
2)Open scene MemoryLeak
3)Enable Panel gameObject
4)Unity will freeze up and acquire all computer memory in 10 seconds period.

Notice that this only happens when Image Type is set to Tiled and Reference Pixels per Unit is set to 1.
