[Memory Profiler] Errors when saving renamed snapshot with invalid character
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "MemProfiler.zip"
2. In Memory Profiler window, Capture Editor
3. Rename the snapshot to include '/' in the middle of its name
Expected result: No error
Actual result: "DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path." error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2 (Memory Profiler 0.2.5-preview.1)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1 (console errors break project)
