Memory leak when changing Editor Theme multiple times
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Press Widow → Analysis → Profiler
3. Press Edit → Preferences → General
4. Change the Editor Theme multiple times
5. Observe the Memory usage in the Profiler Window
Expected result: used memory doesn’t increase each time
Actual result: used memory increased each time
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: in 2020.3, 2021.3 and 2022.2 memory increase was negligible (up to ~50MB max)
