[Memory] Baking lightmaps with particular mesh causes Memory overuse and crashes

Repro steps:
1) Open the project and scene Main
2) Bake lighting (should be Auto)
3) When baking is on stage of Atlassing 1/16 - notice in the Task Manager's Performance tab, that the whole memory is being used and after a minute crashes occur (sometimes OS restarts, sometimes Unity and some other programs)
