Mecanim: Settings foldout on State Transition is not persistent
To reproduce:
1. Open a project containing Animator with states
2. Open the Animator window
3. Click on any transition
4. Fold out the Settings
5. Select another transition
6. Select the first transition
Expected result: Settings are already folded out
Actual result: You must refold them.
Note: Alternatively:
1. Settings could star folded out by default,
2. have one setting throughout all the transitions (Unfolding one of them, unfolds them all)
3. No setting fold out at all.
