Maximizing a window in Windows 10 leaves some space on each side of the screen
To reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Click on any window (game, scene, console, etc.)
3. Drag window out to front
4. Maximize the window
Expected result: maximized window should cover the whole screen.
Actual result: maximized window does not fully cover the screen, leaves some space in each side.
Reproduced on: 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p4, 2017.1.0b3
Note: added a gif of how the bug is reproduced.
Note: bug does not reproduce on Windows 7
