Mathf.MoveTowardsAngle freezes with certain values
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "angle" project
2. Open "1" scene
3. Click on MainCamera
4. Play scene and watch "Angle" values in inspector
- Angle value changes in fixed updates
Results: eventually angle value freezes
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b15; 5.3.4f1; 5.3.4p4; 5.2.4f1
