Materials on 3D objects with non "Opaque" rendering mode corrupt when a .mov video is rendered on those 3D objects
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Users attached project "TryNewUnity.zip"
2. Open "MainScene"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Notice the Cube on the right side of the screen
Expected results: .mov videos are rendered on 3D objects with every material Rendering mode
Actual results: .mov videos on 3D objects with Materials with non "Opaque" Rendering mode are rendered with a moving black background
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a12, 2019.1.8f1 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.0a11
Note: Sometimes reassigning reference for a video in the video player fixes the problem.
