Material override tag casing is ignored after being set the first time
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Click on Assets/material.mat to view it in the inspector
3. Enable the Debug Inspector using the little menu in the corner of the window
4. Expand "String Tag Map"
5. Expand "key"
6. Try replacing the string in the "Second" box with anything
7. Now enter the same exact string just with different casing
Result: Observe that after pressing enter, it immediately reverts back to old casing
Reproducible on: 5.3.7p1, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.1p2, 5.6.0b7
