Material arrays don't work with Masked Images

How to reproduce:
1. Open the User Submitted Project "UIMaterialArrayBug" and Open the "Bug" Scene
2. Play the Scene
3. Observe the Image in the Center

Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a6, 2018.1.0b13, 2017.4.0f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.1.3p2, 5.6.5p3

Expected result: The Masked Image Color changes the same way a non-Masked one on the left does
Actual result: The Masked Image's Color remains a static black.

Notes: Only affects material.SetColorArray. Similar to issue: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/changes-to-the-ui-image-material-color-doesnt-show-up-when-the-image-is-masked
