Masked children under a masked parent do not work
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'Mask' scene
3. Select Child Panel ( Canvas -> Panel > Child Panel) in the inspector
4. Toggle 'Mask' component on the 'Child Panel'
5. Notice that the text under the 'Child Panel' appears even though it should be seen even with Mask component enabled
