Markup format is not supported on fogbugz but is shown in the preview
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open bug reported window (Window -> Report a bug)
2. Enter: ' <b>, <s>, <i> some text ' in title or description
3. Preview it
4. Notice <b>, <s> are not displayed and markup of the text is applied
It appears as plain text on fogbugz
