“Margins” values of the TextMeshPro Text GameObject can’t be set when having “Anchors” of “Rect Transform” set to specific values
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “anchor.zip” project
2. Enter “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. In the Hierarchy window expand “Canvas” GameObject and select “Text (TMP)” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window open “Extra Settings”
5. Change any of the “Margins” values
6. Observe the result
Expected result: “Margins” values can be set to any values
Actual result: “Margins” values are set to specific values and can’t be changed
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.2.0b5
