ManualRuntimeTests: cursor doesn't unlock again
-e: the tests have a step to unlock the cursor which doesn't happen till the end of the tests
-repro:
--run latest version of tests (attached or from ono) in any browser
--get to the step where it says "press esc to unlock cursor"
--press esc
--NOTICE the cursor stays hidden/locked
