[Magic Leap] Editor serializes the full path to the Magic Leap certificate when setting the path for the Lumin Platform
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch to Lumin platform
3. Create a Certificate
4. Assign the Certificate file to project settings
5. Save the project
6. View the ProjectSettings.asset luminCert flags
Expected Result: Editor serializes the relative path to the project root
Actual Result: Editor serializes the full path to the file

Resolution Note:
The XR Team has decided not to fix this bug in order to fix other more severe MagicLeap issues. The work around is to not store your developer certificate inside the project.
