[macOS] Opening a script file activates double Visual Studio editor window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project;
2. Create a new C# script;
3. Double-click on it to open the Visual Studio.
Expected results: The script is opened in one window of Visual Studio.
Actual results: The script triggers two windows of Visual Studio.
Reproduced on: 2018.2.0b2, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.3.0a1.
Not reproduced on: 2018.2.0b1 or lower.
Note: Reproduced only on MacOSX, on Windows only one window of VS is opened.
