[macOs] Tessellation shaders are not working
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open TessellationTestScene
3. Observe that an object with tessellation shader is not displayed , or displayed in purple
Expected result: Tessellation shader should be properly displayed
Reproduced in: 5.6.1p1, 5.5.3p4, 5.5.0a6
Not reproduced in: 5.4.5p1
Fixed in: 2017.1.0b6, 2017.1.0a1
