[MacOS] Switching to Unity when it is in another Desktop moves the last selected window to the current Desktop
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Go Edit -> Project settings and undock it if docked (works with any dockable window that is undocked)
3. Open Mission Control (F3 on the keyboard or manually via Spotlight search))
4. Create a new Desktop
5. Leave mission control
6. Using Control + right arrow key, navigate to the just created Desktop
7. Use cmd+tab to switch back to Unity
Expected result: Unity switches to the Desktop where Unity is located, all undocked windows become visible, last selected window becomes focused
Actual result: Last opened/selected window is moved to the current Desktop and becomes focused, Unity Editor and other windows do not become visible
Reproducible with: 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.0a21
Notes: Videos are attached in Expected.mp4 and Actual.mp4
