Standalone profiler immediately starts profiling Paused Play Mode when launched
How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project
2. Enter Play Mode and Pause Play Mode
3. Navigate to Window > Analysis > Standalone Profiler
4. Exit Play Mode and repeat step 2 and 3
Expected result: Profiler is stopped and frames are not profiled
Actual result: Profiler is profiling frames
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.2.0b13, 2022.1.21f1, 2023.1.0a16
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Monterey 12.3.1 (MacBook 2019)
