[macOS] Some characters cannot be inputted continuously by holding down keyboard button
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In Project Browser start renaming an Asset
3. Hold down "C"
4. Hold down "X"
Expected result: Multiple characters can be inputted by holding down a key
Actual result: Some characters cannot be inputted continuously by holding down a key e.g. "X", "A"...
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a10
Tested on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1
