[macOS][ShaderGraph] Nodes are partially obscured and created in the Top Left screen corner when using Create Node Shortcut



*How to reproduce:*
# Create a new SRP project
# Create a new ShaderGraph
# Press the Spacebar to activate the Create Node shortcut
# Create any new node
# Press the Spacebar and create a new Node again

*Expected results:* The new Node is created either at the centre of the screen if the focus is lost or at the location of the last created Node

*Actual results:* The Contextual menu for creating the node is opened at the Top Left corner of the screen. If the Node is created, it will be placed in the Top Left corner as well, partially covered by the Properties sub-window

*Reproducible with:* 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a3

# The issue occurs on macOS. On Windows 11 the behavior is as expected (Tested with 2023.3.0a3)
# Videos comparing the behavior between Windows and macOS are attached to the ticket
# Tested with docked as well as maximised SG windows

    Verified as fixed in Unity 2023.3.0a9 and MacOS Sonoma 14.0
