[macOS] Right-Click actions in the unfocused Editor have no effect until the Editor is refocused
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Unfocus the Editor
3. Right click on any GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Attempt to Rename/Duplicate the selection
Expected result: GameObject is renamable, duplicates appear instantly
Actual result: GameObject cannot be renamed, duplicates only show up once the Editor is refocused
Reproducible with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6
