macOS Player freeze when using RunInBackground and Command+Tabbing to and from the application
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ReproProj” project
2. Build and Run
3. Press Command + Tab a few times
Expected result: Applications are changed between the Player and the Editor
Actual result: The Player freezes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.25f1, 2023.2.19f1, 2023.3.0b7, 6000.0.0b15
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b6
Reproducible on: macOS 14.4.1 (M1 Max), macOS 13.6.6 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10

I would add that this issue seems to be related to Vsync. If Vsync is off, it will not freeze, but will if Vsync is on and Run in Background is enabled.
