[macOS] Only one Display is shown in the Build when using multiple monitors
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1189910-Project.zip")
2. Go to top toolbar's File->"Build And Run"
3. Wait for the compilation to finish
4. Inspect the opened Build
Expected result: There is a Display shown on both of the monitors.
Actual result: There is only one Display shown on a single monitor.
Reproduced in: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.10f1
Not reproduce in: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
Note: The issue does not reproduce on Windows.
