[macOS] Holding middle mouse button without scrolling in the Game View starts gradually increasing the Scale
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Game View window
3. Hold the middle mouse button in the Game View
Expected result: the Game View does not increase Scale without using the scroll wheel
Actual result: the Game View Scale starts increasing without using the scroll wheel
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Notes:
Holding the middle mouse button on Windows does not gradually increase the Scale
