[MacOS] HDRP template Game Mode is lagging while showing consistent 50FPS
How to reproduce:
1. Create new HDRP project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Move the mouse in Game view
4. Open game view stats, notice it is running at 50~FPS consistently
Expected result: Looking around the scene is smooth
Actual result: Game is lagging severely, skipping frames
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.0a13
on MacOS 11.6 AMD Radeon Pro Vega 20
