'Fullscreen Mode: Windowed' is half-sized when building project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Edit > Project settings > Player > Resolution and Presentation
3. Observe settings
4. Build and Run
Expected result: Build window is selected size
Actual result: Build window size is smaller by half
Reproduced with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8

Note only on Retina Macs. Behaviour is consistent with Unity supplying the OS a PIXEL unit size for a parameter the OS expects as POINTS.
