[macOS] FPS decrease when entering the Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProj”
2. Open the “MainMenu” Scene
3. Open the “Stats” window in the Game view menu
4. Inspect the Scene FPS
Expected result: The Scene runs at 700 FPS
Actual result: FPS drops by 100 or more - the Scene runs at 500 FPS
Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.9f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.31f1 (Project script errors)
Reproducible on: macOS 13.6 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: FPS difference is also visible during gameplay
