[macOS] Editor creates multiple Scene saving prompts when using Command+Q hotkey in an Untitled scene saving prompt
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Delete the 'SampleScene' scene
3. Restart the project to load the 'Untitled' scene
4. Dirty the scene by any means
5. Press Command+Q hotkey
6. Select Save
7. Press Command+Q hotkey(may require pressing multiple times)
Expected result: no additional prompts pop up
Actual result: another 'Scene(s) Have Been Modified' prompt pops up
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1
