[MacOS] Development build on second monitor shows 2 duplicated Development Consoles overlaid on each other
To reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "OffscreenErrorConsoleTest.zip"
2. Build for Mac OS standalone
3. Open the built project on the secondary monitor
Expected result: Error is thrown and one console window is opened
Actual result: Error is thrown but two console windows overlapping each other are opened

2018.1.0b4 2018.1.9f1
Not reproduced on:
2017.4.9f1 2018.1.0b3
Couldn't test the issue on 2018.2 and 2018.3 versions due to this issue: https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/1064353/
