[MacOS] Crash on NSCoreDragTrackingProc when dragging a Prefab while maximizing the Scene window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1304887"
2. From the Project window, select the "Cube" Prefab
3. Drag and hold the Prefab over the Scene window
4. Hold Shift + Space while still holding the Prefab for a few seconds
-- observe crash
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.1.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a19, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Note: Not reproducible on Windows
