[macOS Catalina][Metal] Prefab edit Scene view appears pixelated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Prefab gameObject in the Prefabs folder
3. Select the Prefab gameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The Prefab editing Scene view does not change
Actual result: The Scene view becomes pixelated
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
Reproducible with graphics APIs - Metal
Not reproducible with graphics APIs - OpenGLCore
