[macOS Catalina] Scene viewport appears pixelated when disabling Scene Lighting with Skybox Material set to None
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Lighting settings
3. In the Scene tab -> Environment, set Skybox Material to None
4. Go to Scene window
5. Disable Scene Lighting by clicking the Scene Lighting button
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2019.2.15f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a15
Additional note:
1. This issue is reproducible on macOS Catalina 10.15.1 only
2. The issue is not reproducible in 2019.1.0b1
