[MacOS Catalina] Crash on dropping audio file into editor

--tested and crashes in 2017.4.7-31
--tested and works in 2018.4-2019.3
--regression is with MacOS, not Unity
-repro:
--start 2017 editor on MacOS Catalina beta
--create new project
--drop a wav file into the editor
--NOTICE it crashes
--dropping other files such as cs or fbx doesn't crash the editor but freeze the ui

I also have this issue. Cannot import any audio asset in any version of Unity. Problem started after upgrading MacOS to version 10.15.

Seeing same problem. Working project, add .mv4 file and it freeze with the import popup. Have to hard restart to make the import dialog go away.

This is happening to me on OSx 10.15.1 with Unity 2017.4.30 f1 . At the moment the audio files in the project setting is causing unity to either crash entirely or Hang.

Yup, same in 2018.2.14f1. Have to delete them to start project up again

Was having the same issue with 2017.4.31f1, looks like fixed with Unity 2017.4.33f1 - phew!

Confirmed it's happening to me today with OSX 10.15 and Unity 2018.2.17.
Looking at upgrading to Unity 2018.4.

I'm having this issue with 2018.1.5 and 2018.1.9f. It stops me from even opening the editor again. I have to delete the audio files in finder and then open the editor again.
