[MacOS Catalina] Crash on dropping audio file into editor

--tested and crashes in 2017.4.7-31
--tested and works in 2018.4-2019.3
--regression is with MacOS, not Unity
-repro:
--start 2017 editor on MacOS Catalina beta
--create new project
--drop a wav file into the editor
--NOTICE it crashes
--dropping other files such as cs or fbx doesn't crash the editor but freeze the ui

I try to removed the FSBTool, Unity can run well, without sound.

I just installed the last Unity 2018.4.18 , copied FSBTool and replaced it in my Unity 2018.2.20. And now it’s work fine)

Same problem here in 2018.1.9
It does not happen with other projects, so there must be a way to work it around.

Same error on Version 2018.2.18f1
I even tried pulling the repository with sound files imported by a friend - and I now can't even open the project itself.
I was getting the same error when dropping the files directly into the editor. Started happening since Catalina update....damn catalina, it has so many issues : (

I have this issue as well on Unity 2018.1.6f1 and macOS Catalina 10.15.3 Beta. Importing Audio files in any way to the editor hangs or crashes the system.

I am also having this issue.
While I open my project stuck at Import assets while reaching audio file.
Problem started after upgrading MacOS to version 10.15.
My unity version is 2018.2.21f1
