[MAC] Sound effects in Audio Mixer aren't always selected when clicked
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Right-click in the Project window and create an Audio Mixer
3. Open the newly created Audio Mixer
4. Select "Master" group
5. In the Inspector window click Add Effect and add ParamEQ, Duck Volume, Lowpass
6. In the Audio Mixer window try to reorganize the effects that you just added by dragging them
Expected result: Reordering by dragging is consistent and works every time
Actual result: Reordering by dragging is not consistent and does not work most of the time
Reproducible with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6
